I requested quote from 3 different roofing companies, but Divine's representative Josh was a cut above the others. He actually got on my roof for an inspection and suggested the roof could be repaired instead of completely replaced. He also sent someone out to place a temporary cover on the roof deck until they could get shingles replaced when weather conditions improved. He didn't charge us for the temp cover and they did an incredible job matching the shingles. Other companies wanted to completely replace my roof and didn't offer any acceptable alternatives. I will be calling Josh back when it is time to replace my roof, he has my complete trust to act in my interest and to do the job right when the roof does need to be replaced. Since taking over my Mother house about 7 years ago I have never ever had a roof done. I ran into Ramona and she told me she was working for a roofing company , gave me a card and as the say the rest was history.She came took pic off the roof and I got to meet Mike . Let me start off by saying I had a VERY bad experience with another roofer in town whom I had to fire due to incompetence; therefore I was extremely skeptical of other roofers. As you can see by my "stars" rating, Divine Roofing understood my concerns and was very upfront and professional. Greg Moore came out to the house to inspect my roof and give me an estimate. The estimate was fair and they even advised on style/color to what would look better on the house (my wife was not home at the time so I was not allowed to chose colors on my own). Greg gave me a start date about 6 weeks out and even annotated that my wife and I were expecting our 2nd child and wanted to get the work done before baby arrived. Throughout the process, Divine Roofing maintained contact with me to ensure we were all on the same page and to narrow down an exact date. New Roof Install Colorado Springs received some bad weather on the day my roof was supposed to be installed; however, the roofing crew still showed up wanting to work. The conditions did not allow and they rescheduled to the following day. When the crew arrived the next day prepared for work, they first rang the doorbell to ask my wife if she needed or wanted to move her car to ensure she was not blocked in. The crew also did a complete walk around the house and moved patio furniture so nothing got damaged. Throughout the day, they were courteous and professional. Divine Roofing maintained contact with me during the day just to update me on the process. If you are looking for a reliable roofer, I HIGHLY recommend calling Divine Roofing. They have won over a very cautious homeowner and I have found a company I can trust and will absolutely use them again if/when I need any work done (let's face it, its Colorado and I will need a roofer again).

I was really in a time crunch to get a roof inspection done prior to closing and Mike definitely took care of us and made it happen. At a time when great customer service is lacking, Divine Roofing far exceeds these expectations. After our "new" roof of 2 1/2 years began to deteriorate, the original roofer (Abello"s) dropped the ball and left us to figure out how to fix the defective roof. After receiving the claim completion from TAMCO PRODUCTS (roofing shingles), we called Divine Roofing. We saw their company mentioned on KKTV News many times. Bryan came by that same week, took the ball and ran with it. Even though Divine Roofing encountered numerous problems with TAMCO PRODUCTS not replacing all necessary materials to redo our roof, they moved forward incurring costs on their own to complete the job. Many thanks to Bryan, Mike and Lillian for "stepping up to the plate" to fix a serious problem created by another local roofing company. We highly recommend this great group.

We had contacted another roofer and had a disappointing experience, so I had to make another call. So we got a new home, and the sellers actually lied saying they got a new roof. After finding out the sellers defrauded us, and they tried to get us to choose another company (we refused) and a bunch of other legal stuff with these people, we won our case and got to choose Divine Roofing (Michael Moore) to come in and save the day! We ended up with a full new roof. When Michael came to inspect, he didn't like the color of a section and had it redone, even though it was not noticeable and inspection would still have passed through the state! :) AMAZING. This was the 2nd time in a year (one for house we were selling and one for house we bought) we went with Divine, and were completely satisfied both times.

From the beginning Mike and Ramona were courteous, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. They inspected my roof and found hail damage. They took pictures and showed me what they found, explained the options available, provided information and sites where I could get additional information over and above what they had already given me. When the decision was reached to move forward with reroofing (no pressure, just available to answer our questions), they were "there" and worked with the insurance adjustor ... great support! When deciding on type and color of shingles/drip edge to use, Mike and Ramona were patient and when we narrowed it down to couple of choices, took the time to provide pictures of "our house" with the various shingle styles/colors we were considering ... made our decision much easier. When we finally got some decent weather (the right temperature for the right number of days was important to them), the crew was on time, professional, did an excellent job and did an outstanding job of cleaning up. When the job was complete, Mike was here to check on all the work ... roof, gutters, deck, screens ... the few punch list items he found were taken care of immediately. Forgot to mention, Divine Roofing provides a 10 year workmanship warranty. Divine Roofing, Mike and Ramona, did a GREAT job for us and made replacing the roof and other damage about as easy as it can get. I have recommended them to my neighbor and I recommend them to anyone in the Colorado Springs area looking for great work, by a great company, at a fair price.

We had T-lock shingles when we moved into our house and were told they needed to be replaced. We called Divine Roofing and couldn't be more satisfied with our experience. I had a contractor over at my home doing some work and they noticed I had hail damage on my roof. I called Michael Moore, Divine Roofing to do free estimate. My first insurance adjuster told me the roof had minor damage, with a second opinion from Divine Roofing (Michael Moore), I called my insurance and asked to have my roof re-inspected. When the second adjuster called I mentioned that I would like to have Divine present to help me (home owner) make sure I did not sign off on any damage. After the re-inspection, Mike helped in my roof being declared total roof replacement. (Thanks Mike!) Divine took it from there and replaced my roof with minor weather delays.
